A new revision has been released. Some bugs were fixed.

Here's the changelog:
Fixes:

* User details doesn't show flag
* rev18: Backend user can't see torrent article!
* rev18: Frontend users can't edit torrent
* rev18: Users can't insert '/' character to Torrent Name

Changes:

* Upgrade is now possible again (from revision 17 and 18)
