tags for torrent file entry, suggestion for torrents upload form.

I'm not following, sorry. I know what tags are (Joomla has them and they are widely used in wordpress).

To be able to support JTags the code (for JTags) should be modified since it only supports com_content.

You should contact the author to see if he wants to use the same schema as JComments (that works with a plugin in com_tracker).

For now I will not continue to work on this request.
