 [solved] rev9: can't change group multiplier when no FI Download Multiplier & Uplaod Multiplier of Group can't change number.
I was changed and save multiplier, But It was no changed. always value 0.

We want set to the free-leech for all users. But, Tracker always 1 multiplier a action. We can't free-leech! (0 download, 1 upload multiplier)
