Finding the exact same issue,

I'm having some problems getting debug to work properly as well.
(coming up blank when debug is enabled by com_tracker).
I will try forcing it to be enabled by doing the config change outside of com_tracker-r19.

After having a look at the databases,
only the torrent_pass_private_key value is set;
I'm wondering if it is a configuration error on my part; but i can't find anything wrong in the configs.

It's the same port.

You need to enable debug on the tracker settings and restart the xbt binary.

Then you can browse to your debug address:

http://hadopeace.com:2710/debug

Yes. It should be blank if you don't have any torrent seeding or leeching.

Try to seed/leech your torrent and see if the page shows any information
