in group/user/torrentsettings i can set Download/Upload Multiplier. IF i set both to "0" it does not work the tracker is counting - the upload or download with multiplier "1".
any hints? i wanna do with it a ratioless tracker ( set all multiplier to "0" )

i ve tested again with new file new user new group - no change all multipliers are "0"

I'm currently testing this with revision 2077 and the multiplier mod enabled.
